Authors who publish with Inovasi Lokal: Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Pembangunan Berkelanjutan  agree to the following terms, which are designed to maximize the dissemination and impact of your research while fully protecting your intellectual property rights.

• 1. Copyright Retention: Authors retain full and unrestricted copyright of their work. The journal does not require authors to transfer copyright to the publisher.
• 2. Grant of Rights & Open Access License: Authors grant the journal the right of first publication. Simultaneously, the work is immediately licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) License. This allows others to freely share and adapt the work, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and that any derivative works are distributed under the identical license.
• 3. Self-Archiving (Green Open Access): Authors are permitted and strongly encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories, on personal websites, or as preprints) prior to and during the submission process. This practice is known to facilitate productive exchanges and result in earlier and greater citation of the published work. A link to the final published version with its DOI must be included where applicable.
• 4. Subsequent Publications: Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (e.g., inclusion in a thesis, dissertation, or academic book), provided there is a clear acknowledgment of its initial publication in Inovasi Lokal.
• 5. Third-Party Reuse: Under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, third parties are free to copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use, as long as proper attribution to the original source is maintained and the new creation is licensed under the identical terms.
